Introducing FLARE.
By allowing a large circular cast bronze waveguide to extend beyond the constraints of the cabinet, Flare achieves tonal consistency and output capability that replicates the feel of our much larger loudspeakers, in an approachable and unique form.
advanced acoustic design meets small batch manufacture
Jack Pitt & Ross Giblin have been collaborating for almost two decades in the art and science of loudspeaker design and manufacture. A shared passion for music, particularly live performances, has fuelled a decade of intensive research and development.
The result? A range of products that deliver an emotional, engaging experience where the music front and centre, but have the performance numbers to back it up.
SKILLFULLY ASSEMBLED BY A SMALL TEAM IN HOBART TASMANIA
Unbound to convention, P&G focus on concise and carefully implemented acoustic design that balances form with materiality and thoughtful implementation of technology.
Our small team allows an unusual approach, where techniques and materials are balanced to create a product that is not only high performance but cost effective, made by hand in Australia, and built to last.
-
furniture grade cabinetry
All P&G cabinets are carefully assembled using a range of veneers pressed on A-grade birch plywood – no MDF or particle board here! The result is a cabinet that’s strong, stiff, well damped, and built to join you for life.
-
solid cast waveguides
Waveguide development and optimisation is no simple task, and something that few manufacturers do in house - let alone small ones! Our precise geometry is cast locally in solid bronze, and seen across our range of products.
-
balanced and accurate representation
We pride ourselves on the integration of bespoke acoustic technologies with best-in-class amplification, signal processing and manufacturing. The result is a product that's simple to use and sounds consistently great everywhere in your room.
